20 personnes atteintes d’un cancer ont été invitées dans un studio. Coiffées puis maquillées sans qu’aucune d’entre elles ne puisse se voir, ces dernières ont alors pu admirer le résultat final dans une glace. La glace en question était en réalité un miroir sans teint derrière lequel se tenait Vincent Dixon . Son rôle ? “Immortaliser une seconde d’insouciance“, soit cet instant où chacun se découvre dans la glace, entre surprise, joie et étonnement. Une très belle opération menée par Léo Burnett France pour la Fondation Mimi.
The Mimi Foundation gave 20 people with the disease flamboyant makeovers. By placing Vincent Dixon behind a two-way mirror they asked the makeover subjects to close their eyes and then captured their reactions when they opened them and first saw their new look. The results are both inspiring and joyous. The foundation said it was inspired by a remark from a cancer sufferer who was asked what they missed from the time they were cancer-free.
